IPak Wine was established in 2010 and is owned and operated by Manu Fiorentini who has worked on all aspects of winemaking since 2003.
The team includes Elliot Bonior and Samuel Stansbery, who have both worked in wine production for many years and share strong passion for providing the highest possible customer services with mobile filtration for Paso Robles, Templeton, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria and Santa Ynez areas.
You can consult with Manu about the effects of fermenting and aging wine in oak barrels or terra-cotta or concrete vessels. Manu is knowledgeable in critical winery equipment and can help you fine tune your winemaking goals.
If you join his entourage he may even make pizza for you and your team so make sure you ask him about his Italian Wood Fired Pizza Ovens. Manu resides in Templeton, CA and often travels to meet with his clients between: California – Oregon – Washington – British Columbia.
